I've now set the max to 12 pages instead of 2 as it was before.
Examining the previous 10 failed instances of the stress test the cause every single time was the UDP bombardment. The number of pages increased for all these runs were:
3, 10, 7, 3, 9, 9, 7, 4, 5, 7Also merged in the changes made directly to master.
Added a fix for the dhcp test, this meant a small sleep after the ip was assigned.
